Payment process
- When topping up credits, select Cryptocurrencies as your payment method.
- Choose the currency you want to pay with, and we will generate a one-time address and a QR code for you.
- The amount will show the exact network sum; please send this exact amount from your wallet.
- After one network confirmation block, the funds will automatically be converted to CZK credits on your account.
Warning: Due to price volatility, generated QR codes are valid for roughly 15 minutes. Send payments right after generating and always send money over the chosen network, not across chains, otherwise a loss of funds will occur.
