Our system is primarily built on credit billing (so-called Pay As You Go or Pre-paid model). This means that instead of receiving monthly invoices from your card, the user tops up their account with as many funds as suits them, and these are then slowly deducted.

Topping up credits

Credits are fixed to the Czech Koruna, where 1 Credit = 1 CZK.

  • You can top up credits by clicking on the Wallet in the top right corner.
  • We support payment cards (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers.
  • Our payments are processed by ThePay; the process is instantaneous and funds are credited to you immediately.
  • Credits are valid forever; they do not expire.

Paying for services and expiration

For each server, you will find information about its validity (Expires: Date).

  • Auto-renewal: In the service details, you can check 'Auto-renewal'. If this feature is on, the server will take the necessary credits from your balance on the expiration date and renew itself for the next period (usually a month).
  • Unpaid server: If you do not have enough credits or do not manually renew the server by the expiration date, it will be Suspended. The actual deletion of data occurs only after another 7 days; until then, the data is kept in backup so it can be restored by topping up.

If you need to pay for a longer period, e.g., a year in advance, contact support. We will issue an invoice with a guarantee of fixed prices for the prepaid period.
